TOYOTA 7FGCU25 shuts off when accelerate

Truck starts and runs. But when throttle to accel, it shuts off.
Is it a governor or solenoid problem or something else?

Inspect the vapor hose at the regulator for cracks. The slow path will supply fuel to idle but the regulator needs negative pressure from the carb to allow fuel to flow from regulator. I should have asked if the truck is gas or propane.
