Toyota 5FBCHU25/ Code C0 ....but is it?

I'm working on a Toyota FBCHU25 Ser# 60705 It is coughing up a code "C0" when a load is encountered (travel - not lift). I think this indicates a bad travel transistor (s) but what happens is , when the operator floors the accelerator the bypass/1A contactor engages and the fwd directional contactor drops out while under full load causing a flash at the fwd contactor and the "C0" fault. At this point the fault can be cleared by putting the truck in neutral , then any direction then normal travel will resume until a high load is encountered (hill, plugging, or max speed demand). This problem is nonexistant when the unit is cold , or has no load on the forks. And gets worse as the truck heats up a bit.. Any ideas ?
