does anyone know the cyl head toque setting and and order for a toyota 1Z engine in a 5fd25 circa 1989.also valve clearances.

Mains 90-108 lbs
big ends 61-69 lbs
bearing clearances mains 0.001 to 0.0025
big ends 0.001 to 0.0027
Valve clearances 0.008 and 0.014 hot
