Tilt problem

This Linde will tilt back fine but won't tilt forward to 0 degrees. Is there a setting in the dash that can correct this that doesn't require a password to adjust it?

you will need a computer to change these settings.

I do this with the: UMS -> UDH-100-CAN

This interface works on: Linde, Jungheinrich and Still forklifts
