must let pressure out of lp hose to tank to get engine to start

If it is teir 2 as you state it will heve a woodward fuel system, the vaporizer is an "on demand " system and there should be no built up pressure in the dry gas hose to the mixer, vaporizer should be replaced ,if it is not teir 2 the same principal applieds (impco etc)
sounds like a converter issue, maybe flooding the engine from overpressure
but yes, we need better information
truck make, model and serial number would be most helpful
will need to give a little more info before anyone can help,Full model and serial number of truck to start and what type fuel regulator system is on the truck....
