Getting 48v to PS controller then 48 to PS relay PRIMARY SIDE BUT NO GROUND TO PRIMARY SIDE IF RELAY SO RELAY WILL NOT ENGAGE. PS CONTROLLER IS GETTING GROUND ON BOTH BLACK WIRES. I KNOW THE RELAY IS GOOD AS I SWITCHED IT WITH THE SEAT RELAY. I REPLACED PS CONTROLLER($2000) AND STILL NO GO. THE TENSION SENSOR TESTED GOOD. ALSO GETTING GOOD VOLTAGE TROUGH THE REACTOR. ANY IDEALS?
