CLARK MATERIAL HANDLING CO

We are looking at possibly approaching ClarkMHC for a distributor agreement.

We are primarily a Case heavy equip distributor with a niche in our marketplace for Forklift expansion..can anyone advise me as to the Strength of CMHCo and the reputation of Clark Lift's the last fre years. I am aware of the history..but need some input..thanks!

We are a Clark dealer in the UK and have been very happy with the products. The gen 2 series trucks are very robust and simple to work on and they are priced sensibly. We have very few warranty issues.
The Gen2 electric trucks are very nice machines.

I'd do some research on reliability though, they didn't get into financial trouble because they produced the best machine but it certainly isn't the worst.

If they're cheaper it's because they're not as good at it!

With their new owner, Young An of South Korea, they are financial sound and there have been signifcant investment in new head quarters & production facility in Lexington, KY & parts distribution center in Louisville, KY over the last 5-6 years. Orgnaization seems to be dealer oriented and , new products/programs are introduced on a regular basis. Dealer orgainization is continuting to improve in the states. No they're are not perfect but who is.
