Discussion:
assitance with forklift

I have a hyster H30 fitted with a g193 engine. Oil was comming out between the engine and the gearbox. I have removed the engine and found that there is no sealing method for the torque converter. Does this machine have a wet bell housing? Does the starter motor have to be sealed to stop any leakage? Has anyone had this problem and can they give me assistance.

Yes, it is a wet bell housing and the starter has seals in it along with a gasket to mount it to the housing.
