Need help finding year of older Clark elect.lift

Hello, I'm new here.I was hoping someone can help me identify my clark forklift so I know what the battery weight should be.All I know is it is an older clark and has #685250 stamped on the rear counterweight. The original battery has been replaced with 3- 8volt and 2-6volt heavy duty batteries. One of the 8 volt blew up. I was hoping just to replace that one with something similar but I can't find anything.Every shop wants to know what the original battery weighs.

Okay ,got some numbers. It was on the right side like you guys said. They are hand stamped.
It reads: ECE 78 RM63. The size of the battery compartment is: 25" deep(frt to rear),21" high, and 33" wide. It is 36 volt.
TIA,
Lee

There should be a model and serial on the right side of frame. What you have install now is not safe. The battery is also the counterweight.
