Permanent “There are no active tests” Message

The machine which I regularly use permanently has a "There are no active tests" message on the display. I've been trying to explore the maintenance manual and both the configuration modes for the machine (while avoiding changing anything).

I can't seem to find anything about what this message is, and this how to remove it. It makes it more difficult to keep track of the time and the weight of product I'm picking up. Would clearing the logs in the machine potentially have an effect? Is there anywhere I can point the contracted maintenance when they come in?
