Good Evening All, we recently bought a H90XMS L005 that is having an issue with the governor. when the machine is key off the throttle works as is should. but once it is running the throttle is locked closed by the governor motor. i have looked through all the manual i can fine and there is no troubleshooting that i can find for this issue. any one ever seen anything like this ?
