Problems with the new controller Linde L10

Hi everyone!
I have a problem with my new controller for linde L10. Shows error 5. When rearranging the old controller from another of the same stacker, everything works and the new controller, when installed on any of the stackers, shows error 5.
So I think problem with the controller.
