Error Code 67-1 - Technical Troubleshooting discussion in Forkliftaction's forums

Toyota 8FGU30 CAB TRUCK:
Error Code 67-1

The Toyota lift truck is exhibiting an error code (picture of a wrench with a number). The code is E 67-1. I cannot find any documentation that addresses this error code. Does anyone have experience with this?
