jungheinrich box help

Hi friends

Someone could helpme with my jungheinrich software, I am trying to to connect my incado box but when I start the diagnosis program it shows invalid license: error 106.

But when I start program in simulation mode it works well. does anyone know what happens?

Hi friend

I did that, when I start Judit program it detects my incado box, shows serial number And all data.

My Judit version is 4.36 And it works well offline, but when I try to conect online it shows invalid license error 106.

I need to know what it means, if you can help me I will thank you, regards.

you need match the box with the PC. You have a special program need to do it. Number on incado box mostly not the right box number you need. Try offline to truck and look wich number box have in Judit
