BT Rolatruc RD100 Charger

Hi
Does anyone have an operation/service manual for this charger? If so can it be emailed to [email address removed].
I have just acquired a 1997 BT CB 2000F Electric forklift. In great condition but I don't think the charger is working correctly. Can't seem to get it to charge consistently. Sometimes it will not operate.
Would be great to get a operation/service manual for the truck as well. Not a great deal of information out there on that model.
