Discussion:
Injector Pump Failure

I have a Roto Diesel (Lucas CAV) injector pump on a Peugeot XD3P diesel engine, which has a damaged shaft / part inside the pump. Unfortunately no replacements for the part are available in the UK (where I live) due to rarity and age etc. to enable any fuel injection engineers to repair / overhaul the unit. I've tried other Peugeot spares suppliers but no joy. Any other options anyone can think of ? I'm still searching for a company who can do it but surely I don't have to scrap the whole forkift because one injector pump part is unavailable !! As usual, any help appreciated.
