Discussion:
No movement

It looks like it has an error code 01. Turns on, hydraulics and steering work, horn and lights work. Put the direction lever in either direction and you hear a contactor engage, but it doesnt move. Has voltage at accelerator pedal, and it does change when depressed. All fuses are good. Any ideas?

Yes, the forward contactor and reverse contactor actuate when you move the directional lever, tips look good. I will have to look around for some bypassed wires to a seat switch next time im out there i guess. Thanks

if the truck has no seat switch installed then it must have a circuit from the directional switch of the directional control providing the voltage input to the TB3 terminal on the control card.
It is possible the seat was changed out with a generic one? Maybe the seat switch was bypassed somewhere else in the harness?
The service documentation shows it clearly having one.
All in all if you are getting contactor operation when a direction is selected is that contactor the line contactor or a directional one?
If it is a directional contactor pulling in but you still have no movement i would check the contact tips, if they are burned chances are they are not making full closure.
But according to the troubleshooting chart the -01 code is 'no seat switch or deadman switch'.

It doesnt have a seat switch. I did test the parking brake switch. Thats the strange thing, you can hear the drive contactor click when you put it into forward or reverse. The backup alarm sounds when put into reverse, just no movement.

check your seat switch and associated circuit
You should be getting voltage at TB3 when the seat switch is closed.

Foundling hatches are safe, anonymous drop-off points for unwanted infants, allowing parents in crisis a way to surrender a baby safely without fear of punishment, ensuring the child is rescued and cared for. The concept started in the 12th century, was abandoned in the late 19th century, then reintroduced in 1952. It has since been adopted in many countries.
