It doesn't have a 2nd pump under the floor plates so it must be a series 2/3.
The mini mast still lowers correctly using the same joystick so I doubt it will due to the grub screw falling out or coming loose but I will check it out. We've had a few faults with these machines and it's always come back to being a faulty card but not sure what's causing them to fail so frequently.

Is it a series 1, 2 or 3?
Series 1 have the extra hydraulic pump under the cab floor for the forks.
Series 2 & 3 don't.
These OP can have an issue with the joystick control, the grub screw falls out.
Normally what then happens, the cab is at height & then will drop very quickly until the operator panics & releases the right hand dead man handle.
Refitting the grub screw with thread lock solves / stops that issue.
