Bendi TL5553 error -10

I have arror code -10 coming up when on full lock coming in/out of the racking. Any ideas?? Many thanks

steering pot over voltage
should read 2.15v in straight ahead position, fall when turned to left & raise when turned to right
-10 is over voltage
-12 is under voltage
