look we all want what is best for our staff as they are our best asset, but the current climate does not give us the flexibility to make the proffits we should. Thats what we are in business for. There are machines been off hired every day and customers are cutting costs all the time, all any company can do is knuckle down and ride it out.
I have been asked a question on why i have started these two forums. The reason
is that i have read forums about companies lying of staff. These are real people
with mortgages and bills to pay, this is all beyond there control but could have a
devastating effect on them. What we are about is a company who's staff come first
we are creating a company who won't enter into loss making deals just to sell a truck.
what we will do is give our customers a better service giving our staff security
I deal with 7000kg - 45000kg. I say go for it.
Believe me, you must be asleep, I have just been to a reach stacker thats been stood for 4 years and 6 companies later they have just found out what is wrong with it. Its going to cost them 10k to sort because the company that had the wounderfull idea of a cheap reliable machine went bust. The parts are going to be made from scratch.
So unless you have just won the euro loto, or are holding the money that has put us all into a recesion please forget it. Repair them but don't make promises you can't keep.
how many seats in your service van ???? put us out of our misery please..reveal your truck. whoops just read your other postings. had a look ,ehm. different. no real pics though
Hi Dave Hope it sells better than your sideloader, which was very good I think, just not that reliable and with suspect
resale values. !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
sounds great , any photos
This is the point we can change a engine in less than one hour. What we have lernt is that
a customer needs there truck back in service as quickly as posible.Yes some times truck's
can be down for day's or week's. This is a problem for them. We have a revolutionary new truck
that can have a enginge changed in less than one hour meening that it can be back in service
in less than five hour's. The engineer can then work on it back at the service centre whare
parts are available
The only way Id change a engine and so it can be done in 5 hrs is if no component had to be swapped ie mounts and alt. Then I still wouldnt be happy about it.
Some electrical faults can take days not hours. What if an engine blows? you can't carry a spare engine and 5 hours is tight for an engine change to do it PROPELEY!!!! All the best if you can do it but in my world it wouldn't work.
No their made on a uk design with western europe parts assembled in Middle east
Merc engines
Are the trucks Chinese? if they are forget it..
We are part of a new manufacture.
''The trucks can be back in service with out many parts'' how could you be so sure? trucks of 5-8 ton are often working in brick and block applications and get a very hard life so breakdowns are a regular occurance. I think you could get your self in a lot of mess trying to back up a guarantee like that.
Especially in the current climate people are always looking to cut costs and would only use a garantee like this against you.
Kalmar are doing well because they build the trucks, what trucks would you be supplying?
The trucks can be back in service with out many parts. Over 5,000kg is small but thats where the profit is and less compition just look at Kalmar they are doing well its all about the service you offer the companies that are in the smaller end are strugerling
