We Have a Daewoo BC30S 36V Electric Forklift Serial # CM00443, It Was Running Ok Before Lunch Come Back From Lunch, Hydraulics Work, But No Forward Or Reverse, No Attempt To Move, No Backup Beeper, Nonthing. When You First Turn The Key On It Shows A 6 (Battery ~37.8 Volts) For a Few Seconds Then Shows a "E", I Checked The Ebrake Switch, The Brake Switch & Seat Switch All Seem To Be Functioning. We Got It To Start Flashing a Code Which Was Either a 1, 2, 12 or 21 We Arent Sure Since The Display is Slightly Damaged. Any Help Would Be Great Thanks Or Documentation On Trouble shooting

there is a method of testing the accel pedal on the truck on this truck, but it is not a trivial thing if you are not really "electric forklift maintenance technical" you might want to hire someone.
if one of the contactors is stuck, you will get a "sro fault".
you will also get an "SRO fault" any time any of the machines functions do not "start right order" (everything in "off then started in the correct order , not having the accel pedal down and direction selected when key is first turned on).
dodgy fwd/rev contactors, had this problem on numerous occasions, cheap contactors, replace them both, problem will disapear, you are getting a sro fault , one contactor is stuck in ,

The Backup Beeper Will Work When The Pedal Is Unplugged. So I Unplugged The Accelerator Pedal, And The Error Went Away. But Errors As Soon As You Plug It Back It, So I Believe Its Defective But a New One is $260 And Would Like To Test It Before Ordering One
that works,
the book I have is for the bc30s2, but it should be close, and if I am mistaken, I am sure someone will correct me.
Display = "E" (Flashing) Lift truck will not
operate, Possible cause, seat switch open.
Display = "E" (Not Flashing) No lift truck
operation.Possible cause, static return to off.
Display = "1, 2,... F" (Continuously Changing)
Low battery, lift lockout will occur. Lift truck battery
is at 80% discharge level and lift lockout is
approaching. Possible cause, low battery.
The low battery should only prevent lift, not all functions including back up alarm.
This complete of a shutdown indicates it is most likely a fuse problem, to me.
Not to sound dumber than usual, but are you sure it is a "6" and not a lower case "d"? I have made that mistake, and the lower case "d" would mean the "drs" switch is in "d" with the fuses in place.
Ill Clarify The Seat Switch Is Functioning If You Get Out Of The Seat The Forklift Will Turn Off,
be sure that the accelerator pedal is coming all the way back up and not stuck. when you say "the seat switch seems to be functioning" can you explain further how you know the seat switch is functioning?
