my scissor lift stops after going up 9 feet

my scissor lift stops after going up 9 feet, it is supposed to go up for 16 foot

I ordered a scissor lift from you one year ago

It was working fine until two weeks ago It goes up for 9 feet, Then it stops.
I do not know what is the cause
Do I need to add more hydraulic fluid? If so then how to do it?

The lift is operated by 110 V
Tried to attach pictures but do nor know how

Lift stops are installed on every floor, and the manufacturer determines intervals. Before installation, the lift stop must be checked and verified that it will not malfunction or stop working correctly. All standard procedures must be followed while inspecting and verifying the lift stop's functionality. In this case, I would advise you to work with a good lift maintenance company (https://hinchong.com/lift-maintenance-singapore/). The experts in this domain can help you to get rid of all problems regarding the elevator system. It's hard nowadays to find suitable experts.

Usually the tilt sensor. If you are on a 1.5 deg angle side to side, it wont go higher than 9 feet. forward and back its 2.5 deg.

If it is a jlg scissor check the platform work zone by changing the selection **** that is on the platform control usually in the upper left corner. Also check out the pothhole limit switches for both jlg and genie models.

what brand , model and serial number is it?
there should be a dataplate on it with this information
it would also be on your invoice when you purchased it, from the company that sold it to you through this website.
Get your invoice and see what company it was, contact them, it may still have some warranty on it if it was purchased new.
