Training Videos of loading and unloading trailers

Does anyone have any good video material on how to load or unload a trailer? I can't dedicate a trailer or door to training, so I am looking for some really good videos to assist me in protecting the product, equipment and carrier.

Point me in the right direct please!

When clocks move back in autumn, heart attacks drop by about 21%, suggesting that loss of sleep is an important driver.
