Discussion:
Raymond 8210 can't enter into Key pad

Hey guys, great site and a lot of help. Got this unit that "boots", then ODI just displays 4 dashes, can't enter anything on keypad. Installed new key pad and same problem. Two questions, can I use the interface to disable pad, and what would cause this issue. Have a green led heartbeat on ETAC. HELP!

Take controller out. Open it. Probably burnt inside.
Also check for welded line contactor and welded lift solenoid.
