RC5500 access 1 goes blank after self test.

I was swapping out the access3 module from two other RC5500's and after selftest on start-up the display is all blank. could this be a software issue. I was origanly swapping it out due to line contactor isn't pulling in and there is no fwd/rev.
Not getting battery- to coil for this contactor coming from access3...
