Crown RR5200:
lowering too fast

I have a reach truck that's lowering way too fast. Activating the velocity fuse but not all the time, No codes. I turned down the lower speed in the performance menu from 90 to 70 (lowest setting) Any further insight will be much appreciated

My issue inded up being a bad proportional lowering solenoid valve. Replaced it, calibrated valve hydraulics and everything was good after that. Which lowering valve did you replace? Keep in mind the calibration procedures must be followed correctly.. Forks tilted up, p1 lowering speed @ 90, 1500lbs minimum.
