there are many 1 truck users around that really suffer due to breakdowns.cause they are small companies they will tend to run older trucks and don,t get them serviced as they should cause ~i only use the truck on tuesdays and thursdays ~. these forktrucks somehow don,t breakdown when it,s convenient to do so.i,ve had many a call "when can you get here i,ve got 3 lorrys waiting "

If the unit is essentional to the daily operations of the company and is common unit like a 2.5 t with triple mast side shift etc. Then the cost effect is the cost of a daily weekly or monthly rental.

If the unit is of special design like VNA/turret lifts or sideloaders or are equipped with specially attachments, etc. where rental units are harder to find or maybe impossible to find then the impact can be very significant.

So I guess it depends on the situation for each company.
