Yale GDP 120:
forks leaking down

We have a Yale GDP120MGNGBE91.1 at work that the forks will leak down just from the weight of the forks alone. There is no visible hydraulic leaks we can find. Is it possible for the fluid to be bypassing something internally? What should I check? Thanks for any help.

The best thing to do to star with is install a ball valve between the mast feed hose and the control valve. List the mast and close the valve. If the mast continues to drift the problem is in the mast cylinders. If the drifting stops thee problem is in the control valve.
