Side shift serial #

I tried ordering a new side shift upper assembly, and I was asked for a serial number which I couldn't locate. Cleaned the cylinder thoroughly and couldn't find anything.

hello, if you are looking for the numbers, look on the left vertical bar on back left side of side shift carriage and you will see some numbers, you are looking for the numbers that have like three s's in it hope this helps
