TRANSPORTATION OF FORKLIFT FROM CUSTOMER TO ANOTHER FAR AWAY

kINDLY ADVISE AS HOW DO I MOVE MY 9000 PUONDS FORKLIFT FROM ONE UNIT TO ANOTHER WITH OUT MOVING IT ON ITS OWN WHEELS AND POWER ? AS TRUCK TRANSPORTATION AND CRANE CHARGES FOR LOADIN & UNLOADING ARE VERY HIGH AND NOT ECONOMICAL.

As I had mentioned earlier I would like to transport my forklift from one point to another using a smalle trailer etc as the forklift will /should be driven on to it , and make it convenient and faster loading and unloading on to the trailer and transportation to the site destination. Without any wear and tear on the forklift truck. as travel by road is very damaging to the forklift with solid cushion tyres ,if it has to travel 50 to 100 miles on its own power.etc.
Thanks for your reply / time

It really depends on the type of unit you are moving. The things that spring to mind are cradling (basically build a wooden frame around the unit), or releasing the brakes and pushing/pulling..
