BT RRB3(2003)HELP???????

Friends, problem is next- hydraulic function mast in and out do not work good. When I say that means that speed on the end of position is wrong so mast starts with bigger speed than on the middle stage is lower and on the end is big again so strikes in the battery.I know that must be different I was have this problem before 5 years, and than only calibration of the second joystick is fix problem. Now I was forget correct procedure for calibration.I was check joystick all is good, try another A5 card and without help.Try to do calibration, change parameter 38 on 1,Switch off on like say in manual but when operate joystick mast do not move.(it must with reduction(lower) speed.Did someone have some idea????
Thanks

Hi..Sorry i am disturbing your concentration on this problem.

One of my experience in these 2000 to 2004 RRB Reach Trucks, the main problem with the bush( Guide) part no- 169452 & Adjustment of this bush, & wear out of this part.

I am suggesting to replace these bushes once & adjust the mast bang play, The problem will get solve.

Eagerly waiting for the right solution to this problem.

Good luck..

Hi friend,

Forkingabout is right, if the reach carriage hit at the end and calibration do not solve it, you must replace the hydraulic pump, there were several trucks affected by this error.

replace the pump and the fault will be solved.

Regards

Throw as many A5 cards at it as you like, it wont fix this fault.

People thanks for advice, all hydraulic functions works lifting is ok so pressure of pump is good only function mast in and out works wrong speed is normally but it is wrong in traveling from battery to the out end. When you try second joystick mast starts fast,in the middle slow down and on the end is fast again and strike full out or in(on battery)Must be different, starts slow than in the middle is faster and again on the end slow down.I was go with can key and in manual have option to calibrate parameter acceleration, brake pedal and this function. It say that parameter 38 it must be switch to 1 and forklift turn of and on again to start calibration progress. But when i try this to do mast do not go in or out.I am sure for this because I was change A5 card already and this is standard procedure. On this forklift I was also try another A5 card from another forklift that works fine and error is same on my machine but A5 card normally works on another truck so now I am in big confusion.

Connect a hydraulic pressure gauge to the test port by the pump, reach fully out & STALL the hydraulics, if you don't see a minimum of 130 Bar hydraulic pressure then change the hydraulic pump.
