Check power supply of the CAN-Bus component

- Check parameter setting for the optional
component, e.g. Option ISM, Option Can Code,...;
- Via JUDIT try to access the faulty component;
- Check the physical properties of the CAN Bus;
- Measure the CAN-Bus signal;
- Check CAN-Bus signals for frame leakage;
- Check equipotential bonding;
- Check terminal resistances (60 ± 10%);
- Bypass components connected to the CAN-Bus
in turn;
- Replace controller

I had the same error 0802.
I solved the problem, changing the electronic board, where are the lever to up and low the nails.

All you must do is please the forklift. They have feelings you know. Clearly you have not treated yours right. We have equal rights for minorities and women, why not forklifts?

It is the small sw60 contact as suggested above. I had this problem today. Tips were not making and after replacing contact. Problem solved.

Jungheinrich -EFG 110 -FN350228 - Year 2006 - Error code 22 + 38 + 94
I have tried to remove all the controller such as : ACS-Hydraulic Power Module & Drive Power module (in the back: P/No.50287976-Unit-impulse control / INMOTION), the Canion Controller (in the front; Part Number 50287978-Unit-impulse control / CANION) as well as the Operating Display to install all of them in to the good truck => as the results, this truck is still able to work as normal. => This means that all 4 control units are in good function.
I have replaced the complete wiring harness (Part number 52024948 - all wiring of the truck).
But it is not help me at all. It still alarm 3 error codes mentioned above.

Order no. 51169229 is not found in ETM / V 214/216.
51169229 is an interface card.
The serial number of the machine helps.

An overseas client of mine has shortly ordered a spare part (Motor controller/ Interface Board) for his ETV216 2013 Model. Part number was 51169229. Now that he has finally received it and was trying to installing, he keeps receiving the above mentioned error (0802).
So he tried to get smart and removed same part from a similar Reach Truck and the machine worked without an issue. The part I have supplied him is brand new and doesn't have any issues.

Following that, he contacted Jungheinrich service who sent him a technician to do a diagnostic and again, his Judit (Diagnostic equipment) didn't read the part either. Adding to that, he mentioned that the Reach Truck has another similar part with the same number but installed underneath the Hydraulic. He finds it too weird that both parts have the same number, which is something I never noticed before and doubt is a manufacturing error.

Does anyone have an idea of what the issue could be and how to get around it? It is a hassle when a client orders something specifically and is half the world away, while we cannot review the real issue.
