Linde (& Baker) H120:
Declutch system with air brakes

We are working on a Linde H120 s/n E1X354500065 with Perkins diesel engine. We overhauled the transmission and can not seem to get the declutch to work, we have found what we think is the declutch switch on the air tredal valve at least if we connect the wires together the transmission seems to declutch, have replaced the switch with Linde factory switch but still no declutch. Can someone please provide me with and schematic or sone help here?
Unit has the T20000 trans with electronic control.
