Discussion:
wiggins marina forklift brakes

We have just gotten a wiggins fork lift with wet brakes though the purchase of a marina. The brakes need to be pumped when applied. Is this a normal condition and are there any other things we should look for with this lift. thanks for any help.

Your bake up rings (seals) are leaking off your brake.
Normanly is the systeem full up with hydroliek oil
I think some body put dot 4 brakefluid in.
Than you must clan the systeem end put every where in the compleet brake systeem NEW SEALS and fill it with the right oil.

Regards
john.
