Discussion:
Lift cutting off

I have a Issue with a 50FCTT 188, when you leave the lift running, and get off of the seat for more than just a minute the lift cuts off and the Battery light comes on.

To make the lift come back on again you have to turn the lift off and back on again.

Is this a setting on the EV100 that can be changed?

Also on this same lift the brakes are very grabby, is there a way to easily fix this, as when you brake they lock up and the brake light comes on and the truck beeps at you due to the lock up.

As for the lift problem, check the distribution panel. We've seen some strange things happen when the neg starts to burn on the back of the board.
As for the brakes, not sure of the age of the truck, but the early ones had a bulletin on the friction plates and resetting of the pressure. Does this one have the auto park brake feature?

Fact of the week
Brothers Adolf ("Adi") and Rudolf ("Rudi") Dassler split their shoe company after WWII due to a bitter feud, and established the rival companies of Adidas and Puma. Their personal animosity and business rivalry divided their German hometown Herzogenaurach. The town became known as "the town of bent necks" due to the intense loyalty to each brand.
