i have corrected the issue i had after replacing all the components on the lift card assembly an it still didn't fix it turned out my lift controller card on the lift assembly that was purchased new from aftermarket was bad replaced with a oem Raymond part works great now

i have the same problem how ever i have replaced the vehicle manager the lift heat sink an all components alone with the lift motor an have swapped the amp card around from drive to lift still have same problem 6r lift shutdown can you shed some light on this for me

Also their is a little circut card attached to the transistor If card is bad you should be able to order a kit with both card and transistor

6R fault code Lift circuit dtect open. Check C3 capacitor on the lift control heatsink--Bad REC5 on the lift control heat sink-=-The lift motor could be shorted internally or shorted to frame. iF iM NOT MISTAKEN THE LIFT HEATSINK ASSY IS SOLD AS ONE UNIT THRU RAYMOND AND DEPENDING ON YOU YEAR MAKE, MAY HAVE BEEN AN UPDATED PART THRU THE FACTORY.
