Check C3 capacitor on the lift control heatsink--Bad REC5 on the lift control heat sink-=-The lift motor could be shorted internally or shorted to frame. iF iM NOT MISTAKEN THE LIFT HEATSINK ASSY IS SOLD AS ONE UNIT THRU RAYMOND AND DEPENDING ON YOU YEAR MAKE, MAY HAVE BEEN AN UPDATED PART THRU THE FACTORY.
