Adjust max travel speed

Is it possible to adjust the maximum travel speed down to 10 mph?

yes it can be done
early models (tier 1 and early tier 2 models) have to have the ecm sent back to factory to be programmed.
later models (later tier 2 and after) can be done using the diagnozer laptop program software.
