it was one threaded stud too much dirty and rusty, who was disallowing the axle end to go further , I remove it by tighting two nuts together, immediately after that the axle end came without trouble,
next step is to install the wheel cylinders and put everything back in

I will open the round shaped cap in the middle of the diff to see what I can see. I was thinking about like you said something wrong like to much wore or may be twisted... I hope it is not too bad in Thérè
The 1 time i've had that happen it was the upright mounting had wore out the bushing so bad that it ate into the diff. housing and was resting on the final drive studs holding it in place. so check to make sure all of that is good before prying on it to much. after that there should not be much left to hold it there. hope this helps
Make sure the housing is not hitting frame. and brake lines are free and clear. the inner pinion does drop a little bit doing one side at a time is what we normally do. enjoy the day

All 10 bolts or nuts are removed, the axle end come 2 inch out and Thén stay locked Thérè. Évén with lever pulling on it it stays Thérè.
To try to remove it I réinstall the right sidé as I Read on the forum they must be remove one by one or the inner pinions will fall

Make sure all your nuts have been removed from the outer differential. Some are up and under the diff
