Error Code 1310 + Error Code 1123

About 1123 i found something here but it wasnt too specific so if someone can clarify that error for me i will be gratefull. Also the model of the forklift is EFG316 but i could not find it in the drop down menu.

Also this error 1310 seems to elude everyone and it just puzzeled us.

Check the brake switch and wiring to it. Check if brakes are worn.
