Pushrod tubes leaking

Can someone tell me how i can remove these tubes without taking head off? Are they pressed in? Tried vise grips and nothing. Just 1 oring holding it! Please help?

I ran a tap into the tube and threaded the hole. Used a bolt and a cheap slide hammer to pull them out...
