WILL NOT MOVE FORWARD OR REVERSE THE DISPLAY SAYS DRIVE CONTROL FAULT THERE IS NO CODE UNDER THE LED DISLAY, PLEASE HELP

0300 flashes all the time but when you try to drive it 0200 to 0600 comes up
