I've always found Continental make the best overall solid counter balance tyres.

There long service life & durability make up for the extra cost.

GTC Advance tyres made about 80% of the Watts tyres between 2005-2010 when Trelle bought Watts Trelle dropped the brand other than for the Uk were Jungheinrich who have the Premia tyre approved which is MAD as the one they Jung approved was made in Lydney England in 1998 then it was made in China by GTC then Eurotech in Srilanka then back to China and GTC then back to Trelle Srilanka which one was approved.
So Contact GTC they still use both the FMCX and Kargo K" moulds in production Tireman

Watts were bought by Trelleborg 2011-12 and they seem to have dropped the name and moved production from China to their own factories in lanka , if you are after products from the last Watts factory you can buy from Continental tyres that bought the Eurotech factory in Lanka or from GTC- Advanced tyres who made the watts tyre for USA in China
