Battery dont take the charge.

Hello.

My pallet truck shows 0 amps when I try to charge it.

Its been on charge all week end long but the operator forgot to switch the power disconnect on "charging mode".

All fuses are good.

I was wondering maybe the transformer ?

Thank you for your help.
