It looks like Terex ports solutions Reach stacker and forklifts are to form a new company with Konecranes lift trucks with Terex shareholders having 60 equity and Konecranes having 40 equity.
Is this the first stage in trying to combat the new threats from Sany as well as Hyundai and Dossan in the big forklift market.
Who else will merge their big trucks operations in the future.
