Code 19

Hey Everyone,
I have a service call in the morning. Customer has a code 19 and unit is down. It's a Easi R40TT, EZ-D-06-35590. Just trying to find some info on the code before I get to the customer. Did a search here and came with nothing.
Any help would be great.
