Code AL 11

I have a jack that has been faulting out with a code AL-11
One of the four batteries tested bad and has been replaced.
Battery pack volts show 25.5 volts, I have no lift nor travel.

AL-11 is failure to charge controller capacitors. Check brake coil for short, also line contactor and hydraulic solenoids. check field cables and all wiring for shorts. Could also be a failed controller.
