I have 7hbw23 toyota pallet jack with error codes c14 and e115 e112 trying to find code list or repair manual any where any help out there

Hard to say if those aftermarket switches are bad. Make sure the bracket holding them is not bent, and Arm bushings are not shot, because switches will be out of sequence.

i replaced both angle switches and works fine but once in awhile the e112 comes back.i checked all the wiring for chaffing could not find anything. [note] got the switches from mcmaster carr same type

Arm angle codes. Check or replace both switches at base of handle. And always check battery under load, and each battery one by one.
