Bumped Forks & It Died

I bumped the forks of my EASI-OPC30TT into a piece of equipment
and it shut down dead.
I eventually found the #12 and #14 fuses blown.
Replaced them and got a code 45...followed soon after
by another blown #14 fuse.
Any tips?
