Model rrb1/14 Bt reach a15 card dc. 1998 machine

Hi im wondering if anyone can give me some pointers, iv fitted a replacement a5 card from our ahem friends at tvh, (the old card lost side shift function) all parameters have been copied across from the old card with zero stored faults, my latest issue is the battery indicator, I'm aware of the wiring on pins 703/4/5 and 611 i think from memory, all are ok and the battery displays full, however after 5 mins of key on time with zero operation the gauge decreases from full to empty with lift cut out. I know the battery isn't an issue as its brand new and just off charge, no comments on the complete waste of money on both battery and logic when those plus combined scrap value we could have bought a far newer machine but these were the cards dealt, is this a faulty a5 card do people know?

Hi, yes the truck is pre 98, well is 98 exactly, parameter 15 was set at 1, is now set to zero, parameter 9 was and still is set to 100, any conclusions? Apologies on the slow turn around of reply, the customer where its at uses it solely for driver training so doesnt mind the slow lift speed, so no real urgency.

The parameter 15 should be zero.

and you need to confirm the parameter 09 should be 100.

Apologies for the delay in response, parameter 15 is a 2 option setting ether 0 or 1. Its currently set to 1.
